These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Fuzzi Infotech Solution (doing business as FUZZI FTM) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India, regarding your access to and use of the FUZZI FTM platform and related services available at https://fuzzitm.com (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
FUZZI FTM is an AI-powered test management platform designed for software quality assurance (QA) teams using Azure DevOps. The Services enable teams to:
The Services are provided on a subscription basis for internal business use and are intended for professional use by software development and QA teams.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice to users.
To access the Services, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password. You agree to:
You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to use a single account. Each user must have their own account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
FUZZI FTM offers the following subscription tiers:
Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle, as chosen by you at the time of purchase. Annual subscriptions may be offered at a discounted rate. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting us at hello@fuzzitm.com before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes by email. Your continued use of the Services after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users on paid subscription plans. No payment information is required to start a free trial.
At the end of the free trial period, your account will not be automatically charged. Your account will remain active on the Starter (free) plan unless you choose to upgrade to a paid subscription. Features available only on paid plans will no longer be accessible after the trial ends.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice. Only one free trial is permitted per user and per organisation.
If you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. Refund requests made after 14 days of the billing date will not be accepted.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@fuzzitm.com with your account details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@fuzzitm.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Starter (free) plan and your data will be retained for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including terminating their account and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
The Services, including all content, features, functionality, source code, software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by Fuzzi Infotech Solution and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services without our express written consent.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Services ("Your Data"), including bug reports, test cases, run results, and other content you create. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Data to the Services and that Your Data does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
FUZZI FTM offers AI-powered features including test case generation, bug analysis, release risk scoring, and automation assistance. These features are powered by third-party AI service providers including Anthropic, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, Groq, and Azure Open AI.
By using AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Services may contain links to third-party websites and services, including Azure DevOps, Anthropic, and others. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Your use of any third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through FUZZI FTM.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
You use the Services at your own risk and discretion.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FUZZI INFOTECH SOLUTION, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of:
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought within six (6) months after the cause of action arises, after which time such claim is permanently barred.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fuzzi Infotech Solution and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services by engaging in good faith informal negotiations with us. You must contact us at hello@fuzzitm.com and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations within 30 days, either party may elect to have the dispute resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and shall be conducted in the English language before a single arbitrator in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by sending an email to the address associated with your account at hello@fuzzitm.com at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination:
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
